The Rising Phoenix Foundation is a non-stock, non-government organization devoted to the rehabilitation of substance dependency and other related disorders.It utilizes an innovative therapeutic community modality of treatment that incorporates the spiritual and cognitive components of the 12-steps principles with the behavioural aspects of the therapeutic community. The skills and services of rehabilitation professionals and para-professionals are made available. In so doing, different personality aspects of drug dependents are better addressed and geared towards their rehabilitation and recovery.
